to you and take more "pixures".
1) We will come to your listing and take photos of the
property (up to 50) We will enhance your photos and produce
a video slideshow presenting them in an attractive sequence.
The video will enhance the photos with movement and music
and be formatted as embedded Windows Media Player that can
be controlled by the viewer. This video will be framed
in an Epixures website and personalized with your contact
information.
JUST ADDED: Your Epixures video tour
can be customized with your company's colors free of charge.
2) We will come to your property and take photos of key locations around the home which will be
included on your video tour web page.
3) Your page
will also include a display of the photos in thumbnail
format which, when the viewer clicks, a separate webpage
will emerge with a scrolling Epixures Photo Parade that
enlarges each photo as it is selected. The user returns to the tour's
main page by clicking a clearly marked button or by using
their browser's return arrow button.
4) Your page will also include your personal agent
photo (as supplied) and company logo (as available) along
with your personal contact information next to the photo.
5) You will be e-mailed a link to your tour page which
you may use as a link from your company, personal website,
or third party website. You may also freely e-mail the link
to anyone you wish.
6) A second page will be produced for you that is
nearly identical to the first but which does not contain
your photo or personal contact information. This link
will be e-mailed to you and the page may be used as a link
from your area MLS.
7) As available, we will produce an HTML (web-format)
e-mail containing a visual synopsis of the information on
your web tour web page and e-mail it on your behalf to all
active agents in your area.
NOTE: Image quality may be adjusted to reflect
download speeds from 56k to High Speed.
Unless a free extension is requested by you, All tours will
remain active for 90 days.
